Shipping

When will I receive my artwork?

If you have selected UK standard delivery your artwork will ship in 3 - 5 working days and please allow up to 10 working days for handmade items.

Where do you ship to?

Currently we only ship to the U.K but will be introducing international shipping in 2019.

Will my artwork be delivered by BetterShared or the artist?

All prints are delivered by BetterShared. Original artwork may come directly from the artist, if artwork is sent directly from the artist it will be detailed on the product page under Shipping.

Does BetterShared offer free shipping?

We occasionally offer free shipping, our mailing list subscribers are the first to receive shipping and product discounts. Sign up to our mailing list here


Refunds
& Returns

Can I return artwork(s) or goods?

We hope you love our art as much as we do but if not, you can return any unwanted artwork(s) or product(s) within 14 days. You will receive a full refund on any returns received within 14 days of delivery. Please note that you are responsible for paying the return packaging and shipping fees for the item.

My artwork arrived damaged! What happens now?

If you receive any artwork(s) or product(s) from us that have been damaged by courier mishandling you will receive a full refund from us or a replacement item. Please note, we must receive photographic evidence of the damaged goods to qualify the order for a full refund.

We will take care of shipping costs for replacement items.
